Hello,
I'm trying to contact customer service. It's impossible to access even a single number to call.
There is a "Call me later" feature, but the form requires a French number with (+33), which I don't have. My account has a foreign number (Czech, with +420).
It makes no sense to allow foreign numbers, then have features that only work with French numbers...
I hope an eBay employee will come by.

So there is no reason to want to contact ebay.FR customer service.... You are not registered in France = it's not likely to work.
