Unable to contact Ebay customer service

Hello,
I'm trying to contact Ebay customer service but I'm completely at a dead end.
The only method I've found is to request a callback, except this service doesn't work! I've tried 3 different phone numbers with different carriers and still haven't received any calls. However, I do receive an email telling me that Ebay tried to reach me, but I feel like it's bogus! Is it no longer possible to contact Ebay at [Coordonnée]? Or send them an email?
Anyone in the same situation?
