Hello everyone, I bought a brush cutter a year ago, however it has broken down. I contacted the seller but since then I haven't had a response and I can no longer send him a message, an error message appears. And I can't even ask eBay to step in; when I go to my purchased item I don't have the option to select ask eBay in the other actions panel. The item has a 2-year warranty, how should I go about it? Thanks
if so, you have their direct contact details on the invoice that should have been included with the parcel, or right at the bottom of their listings = send a formal notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
kind regards
P.S. : on eBay, the dispute period for non-conformity has long since expired (it's 30 days from the delivery date)

Is the seller a professional in France?
