impossible to create the slip
hello,
I have a sale that was made for an item, the payment was made by the buyer, except that when I try to create the shipping label it says "no service available".
I should specify that this is a French account, but I currently live in Canada, so I want to send my item from Canada. I think that's what's causing the issue.
