Impossible to "request grouped delivery" in the cart, the link has disappeared!
What is going on? Before the changes, the buyer could, on the first page of the cart, "ask the seller for the total" for combined shipping, but the link has disappeared.
All my items have the same shipping method with the same combined offer of €3.75 for a purchase + €0.50 per item.
It works correctly up to the cart, but once the customer gets to the payment page, they end up being asked for 2 x €3.75, even though the rules are already set!
Result: discouraged buyers, faced with the repetitive piling up of fees, run off. How many sales lost??.
The chat support seems powerless to give a constructive answer, other than sending you back to basic setup links that are already perfectly configured.
