Hello,
my account was blocked for a reason I don't know
they ask me for supporting documents, which I provide
but then I receive an email saying "Unfortunately, a problem occurred while uploading the document [...] in PDF format"
impossible to contact them by email to provide the documents in a different way
it's a vicious circle
