Hello, I bought a key shell for Renault. A list was provided on the seller's site but although the key is on the list, the shell does not match. It is made for a flat, standard-style key whereas the one I want should have the shape of a rectangular bar. Also, when the electronic board is inserted the buttons do not line up. I would like to know how to leave a comment. On my account I can't find the purchase, however through the confirmation email for this order I can open a page that clearly proves I bought the product from this seller but there is no button to leave a review.

"I can't find the purchase in my account" = did you buy as a guest? (i.e. without being logged into your eBay account)

the time limit is 60 days from the purchase date.

the transaction should be in your purchase history "hidden purchases, uncheck the box.
you have 60 days to leave a review.
Have you opened a dispute for an item not as described with a return request?

in the item "purchased items" (I can't find any history) I click on show hidden items but the article doesn't appear. I can no longer return it because I managed to modify the key entry in the shell so that it fits, but when I realized that the buttons weren't positioned properly I told myself it was a lost cause? It's not about the price but I wanted to warn future buyers. it would have been so much simpler to show the type of key in the photo!
I contacted the seller to let them know about the problem...no signal.
