Unable to list products for immediate purchase by selecting the quantity

Question

Good evening,   For 3 days now, I can no longer create an ad where I can set it to buy it now (and also choose the quantity); when I select buy it now, it switches itself back to auction mode, and no matter what happens I can't touch the quantity field (it stays greyed out). I contacted support, who told me to switch to the standard listing tool, but nothing works. No change has been noticed, so I'm asking for your help.   Thanks in advance for your replies...

Good evening @Anonymous    With an account like that.... I wouldn't venture to keep going... It needs to be closed ----> Close your account | eBay   Then... if you want to keep selling on the site... forget software copies... that would be healthier for business. Find other products....   Regards       PS Don't forget that your browser has a memory... clear it from time to time...
