I've filled in all my information correctly so I don't understand,
I just don't have a tax number, is that what's preventing it from being posted online?

As for the tax number, it can be found on the tax return for your household.
Since you say you don't have one, contact Customer Service here--> eBay Customer Service
Preferably do this during office hours and ask to be called back.
