impossible to modify a pickup point
Summary: richarddematteis is having a problem when finalizing online purchases, where an incorrect pickup point is being suggested. Despite attempts to change the pickup point via the site, they are unable to get the nearest Mondial Relay point. jacquelinedu36 suggests checking and correcting the delivery details in the user profile.
Hi everyone, when “finalizing the purchase,” the suggested pickup point is not the right one (e.g. Brittany for Corsica) and I know this from experience. I select the option “change pickup point” and then a window opens, I change the postal code and the nearest Mondial Relay point to my home is no longer offered. whereas with previous orders, everything was fine. I have to drive 30 km through the mountains. is this because of eBay or Mondial Relay? have you got a solution? I've tried everything, but nothing works. thanks for your help if there is any. kind regards Richard

Contact details > addresses > delivery addresses > Last name, First name, Pickup point address, postal code, city
Resubmit your contact details when it's the post office
