Can't switch to a pro account

I'm unable to switch my personal account to a business account. Next to the account type section, I don't have any "edit" button. Do you have a solution?

If you don't have the option to switch to a pro account... if it's the one you're posting with and which has no ratings...../

- keep it to use as a buyer account and create a professional account directly for selling...

That'll be + simple...

All you need is another email address, another username, and also another browser...

I wanted to use this email address, hence my question. If I close this account, will I be able to use this email address again for a new account?
