the buyer has paid
I go through the ebay shipping platform for a mondial relay shipment
when it’s time to pay, it keeps coming back to "an error has occurred..."
I tried with 3 different browsers, 3 different payment methods
(and normally according to the banks the payments were validated...)
stuck situation
impossible to get the shipping label
the simplest would be for ebay to deduct the shipping costs from the amount paid by the buyer
which is why this solution is NOT OFFERED
ebay customer service is an instant messaging service "starting at 9am" (right in the middle of working hours)
if someone has already encountered this problem and solved it, please come to the rescue

Forget the platform that isn’t working properly and go directly through Mondial Relay ..
You’ll import your sale there and have the same rates ..
