Unable to pay the relay point service fees
Hello,
I’m unable to pay the €5.50 Points Relais service fees. As a result, I can’t send the parcel. I called Ebay by phone 4 times on April 6, 2025, and they were not able to resolve the problem. Worse still, after a minute of conversation, the phone call cuts off. Well done for the service.

Nothing requires you to go through the ebay shipping platform.
You can buy the shipping label directly on the mondial relay website:
