Unable to pay by PayPal, an error occurred when paying the shipping fees

I approved an option that Ebay offered me and I can't find this option when I made a shipment with Mondial relay Where can I find this option that I approved ?? So I went directly through Mondial Relay and I imported my Ebay sales from one day

@ludovic1163 ,    You did the best thing by going directly through the MR site.  Fewer problems, and more pickup points.
