unable to offer a partial refund
Hello,
A customer recently asked me for a refund, and I'd like to offer them a partial refund. However, every time I enter an amount, an error message appears: "Please enter a valid refund amount". This happens no matter what amount I enter.
Could you help me resolve this issue?
