impossible to publish my ad
Summary: valorize is having trouble posting an ad for an electric scooter because of an error message saying the technical specifications do not meet legal requirements. Despite several attempts to modify the listing details, the problem persists. valorize mentions that other sellers are able to post similar ads without any issue and is looking for advice on how to overcome this obstacle.
Hello,
I have a problem publishing a listing for an electric scooter. I get the following error message:
"The technical aspects of the product you listed do not meet the legal requirements for an electric scooter. {e243503-1192140x}"
I tried changing various elements of the listing (title, shipping country, product features, description) but I keep getting the same error.
I noticed that other sellers can publish listings for similar products without any problem. I also tried to copy a competitor's listing, entering very few details and making it quickly with the same title as my listing and photo and bizarrely it got published..
Can anyone help me understand what I need to change in the listing so I can publish it? I’ve already tried everything I could think of but I can’t solve the problem.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
valorize
