What you’re saying could be related to a "mechanical" problem... not to mention a possible "bug"...
if you’re using a phone... remove the current app and download a brand-new, clean one...
Using the eBay app | eBay
if you’re using a PC.. check the connection and also make sure to clear your browser cache.
