Unable to track my order
Hello,
after placing my order I did receive the confirmation email and I was charged.
when I go to the link to track the order, the page tells me that my purchase history is empty.
as if I had never placed an order.
the delivery date having passed, I cannot make a request for a non-delivered item because it does not exist in my purchase history.
could you help me? thanks
