IMPOSSIBLE to transfer my funds to my bank account
Hello,
I see today that my funds are "here".
I thought it would be simple to get them back....
I'm trying by all means to transfer this amount to my bank account, but the site keeps sending me in circles, not offering anywhere (not even a tiny one I imagine ;) ) a way to do it.
Could you help me please?

Mentor1 week agoHello @charmimi
see this link:
Receiving payment for sold items | eBay
I quote: "Once your funds appear as available for payout in the Payments tab of My eBay or the Seller Hub, you can withdraw them to your linked bank account by entering the amount and selecting Withdraw."

OP1 week agoHello and thanks, I just found it, but it's a maze of a challenge!
to GET EVERYTHING BACK, you have to CLICK on the big BLUE square where the amount is shown, no VISIBLE tab to access "WITHDRAW"... They really did a good job of making us get fed up, that’s how it is, my poor Lucette ^^ .
Thanks again+++++ for your lightning-fast reply.
