Unable to see the return details
Hello,
I bought without registering and I have a problem with my order, so I decided to make a return, on the eBay email giving me the details link I have a problem: "
Your request could not be processed due to a technical problem. Please try again.",
I can't send a message or see the seller's messages,
What should I do?

To make a return in the context of a purchase without being logged into the site, you need to do what is in this link--->
Get help if you bought an item without being registered | eBay
If you have repeated the same action several times to contact your seller... try clearing your browser cache by deleting the history after logging out of ebay.
When you log back in, the missing functions reappear.

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately I have already followed this link, I switched to private browsing, completely cleared everything that is cache, cookies, tried from another device etc...
I don't understand how it is possible that the link sent by ebay leads to such an error that is frustrating for the user. I even tried to find the purchase via the order number, the item and my email but here is the response:

preferably during business hours and ask to be called back..
On the forum, it is not possible to view eBayers' accounts and therefore to help you out "seriously" in such a case..
Contact eBay help.. there will always be an Advisor to answer you. If the answer doesn't satisfy you, you can always call back later to get another person and therefore another opinion....
You can also go on Facebook or Instragram...
