Impossible to send messages to the seller

Hello,
I'm having a problem when I try to contact sellers on eBay: my messages disappear after 2 seconds, even through the app. Impossible to buy without exchanging messages. Can you help me?

Thanks

Hello,

Were you able to send a certain number of messages before encountering this problem?

Best regards
