Unable to send a message to a seller - blank page

Hello everyone,
I've tried sending a message to a seller from my PC and then from my phone. I have the option to write a message, then when I click on "Send" a blank page (which, I think, is not supposed to be blank) opens. There's nothing to click on, just the X. But when I click on the X it brings me back to my message, in a loop. I think the page is supposed to show me content that isn't displaying on any of my devices, which is blocking my message from being sent.
