Unable to send a message
Summary: bert9266 is having trouble sending a message to the seller via the online sales platform. Despite several attempts, including using different browsers, they get an empty window after writing the message, without being able to send it or keep a record of it. They are seeking help from the community to resolve this technical issue.
No response from customer service … I’m trying with the community
Impossible to send a message to the seller. I want to ask a few questions before buying. I use the Contact seller button, I write the message, I tick the Receive a copy box, then send… an empty window pops up on the screen … only the cross to close is accessible.
When refreshing the page, clicking on the cross, everything disappears.
I go back to my messages and there’s no trace of the message I want to send (Sent messages) no copy by email.
I tried changing browser, … nothing works !!
Can you help me?
