Hello everyone, I have an issue regarding a product return.I did send back a package as part of a return approved by the seller, but I can't find any button on eBay to report that the package has been shipped (no "Add tracking number", "Mark as sent", or similar option). I have proof of shipment: Carrier receipt Tracking number Shipping date I informed the seller via eBay messages, but I would also like to officially declare it through the platform, in case the seller does not confirm receipt. Does anyone know how to do this in this case?
