Bonjour, comment faites-vous lorsque le site vous plante à chaque fois que vous tentez de créer votre étiquette d'envoi (Colissimo dans mon cas) ? ça ne m'étais jamais arrivé !

It's better to buy the shipping label directly on the carrier's website (or in your case at the counter, since it's La Poste) and then enter the tracking number on the eBay order; it's a lot less problematic than through eBay...
