Unable to get the shipping label for the package
hello everyone and thank you in advance for the help you could give me,
so I sold on ebay, the buyer paid and I need to send the package
I followed the process to get the label, followed the instructions, and when I get to the end to pay the button seems activated with the hand' I click and nothing! What should I do ?

If you can't do it with Packlink, try going directly through the carrier's website..
