Hello everyone, this is my first sale on eBay and I don't understand why I can't find anywhere the option to print the shipping slip, eBay only offers me in-person handoff even though the buyer is 1000 km away from me, did I mess up?? 🤣 thanks to those who will help me, thanks thanks 👍🏼
" eBay only offers me local pickup" = no, it’s YOU who didn’t offer a shipping method on your listings (they’re all set to "local pickup only").
Didn’t the buyer see that they live too far away to do this pickup purchase? because the best thing would be for them to submit a cancellation request:
