So I can just go directly through the post office and pay for registered value shipping? In that case, how could eBay guarantee that the transaction goes smoothly if I do without the services they offer?
if you indicated M.Relay as the carrier, you must go through him... so that tracking can be recorded by the site and you don’t put yourself at fault...
Don’t change carriers.. otherwise ebay will record a shipment not carried out and you may have to refund your buyer and the latter will keep the watch..

Forget the form offered by eBay to create your listings.
Use the classic form---> Use the standard selling form | eBay

Ebay just needs a tracking number, which you'll therefore need to enter manually on the order:
