I’d like to let the community know that twice eBay Spain has ruled in favor of the buyer, supposedly not delivered
even though I have proof of delivery tracked by French postal service
the person gives a wrong address I send the item back at my own expense
eBay Spain asks me who the delivery person is in Spain?
