Ford injector
I returned a defective item, the item arrived at the seller’s because I checked the parcel tracking using the number, but the eBay tracking has not been updated and I’m being asked again to ship the parcel within 2 days, otherwise the return and refund case will be closed, even though the return was completed and the seller did indeed receive the parcel. What should I do please?

Open a dispute for item not as described
Enter the return number in eBay
Contact your seller
