Hello,
I’ve just opened/set up my professional seller account and I want to post my first listings.
When I try to post a listing, I get the message: « Only verified sellers can put items up for sale. »
Yet my email address and phone number are marked as verified, my banking details are saved, and my seller Hub says « You’re all set! ».
Could you tell me exactly what is blocking the authorization to sell?
Or how do I do it?

you need to contact customer service because they are the only ones who have access to your account and who will be able to find out what's "sticking" :
