Hello,
We would like to insert the eBay listing template csv file but we are unable to activate
- worldwide delivery by DHL in Shipping service 2 option "FR_DHLInternational"
we have an error message in the report
What should we enter in the field

OP2 years agoThank you for your help, it worked for the XLSX file, but we have a second blockage,
I upload the file,
Out of the 2000 lines in the XLSX file, only 1 line is taken into account in the current listing,
The other listings do not appear
Do you have a solution?

Could they be hidden rows...???.... or simply a malfunction in your file...??
(see if you don't have any rows that weren't selected when setting up a filter.. for ex..)
unfortunately, my knowledge ends there..

Based on what you indicated, you should be able to fix it and avoid the error...

The error may be due to a write history....
- See if by removing the hyphens from (8) the info goes through better...
