I want to get E.Bay involved regarding the purchase of an item I received broken
The E.Bay procedure does not correspond to the reality of the possible actions, customer service keeps sending me exactly the same thing

Submit a return request for a non-compliant item..There is no other procedure.
Return an item to get a refund
