Hello, I bought several items during a live stream, and one product (the most important one) is missing. I don't know if it's an oversight or if the box was opened during transport because there was no tape to prevent it from opening...
and eBay instant chat help has been sending me in circles for 2h30 now, I can't take it anymore. I also notified the seller immediately but got no response. I filmed the delivery of the package (something I do all the time now...)
