Hello community,I sold a vinyl record, shipped via Mondial Relay in the EU, and 10 days later it came back to me with the notification: "the buyer did not pick up their parcel"...Two days later, the buyer contacts me to tell me that they still haven't received any notification, with a screenshot to back it up, and that the vinyl was sent back before they could collect it. He seems to be acting in good faith. He doesn't want a refund, he wants his record, nor to pay for a second shipment, which I can understand...What should I do? I don't see any way to hold Mondial Relay accountable; everything seems well locked down, they only have an FAQ.I hope I explained myself clearly!
