hello , I sent a book via Mondial Relay the book never arrived to its recipient ebay refunded the buyer but I was not paid what should I do ? thanks

In case of a lost package:

* the seller fully refunds the buyer,

* the seller files a claim with the carrier to be compensated (depending on the insurance taken out when shipping).

So check with Mondial relay...

I contacted Mondial Relay but still no response from them,

I think EBAY could do what’s needed because they’d get a response faster, regards

the problem you have is only with Mondial Relay. Ebay will not intervene.
