Hello, I bought 2 vinyl records from a seller and received them with the sleeves damaged due to his minimal packaging. I contacted him to let him know about the problem, with photos of the damage. He replied that he had packed the package well and that he couldn’t see anything in the photos. Seeing that he was obviously making fun of me, I opened a dispute. The seller sent me the return slip and I returned the parcel on Tuesday of last week. But now Ebay has sent me 2 messages telling me that I had not returned the records and that on January 20, the dispute will be closed and I will not be refunded. I contacted the seller to find out if he had received the package (since the tracking number showed nothing); he replied to me this morning saying, "yes, but I found your return abusive" He therefore did not report to ebay that he had received the parcel. So I would like to know how to notify Ebay that I did send the parcel, because in the dispute manager, apart from the mentions "Printed the return label" and "Cancel the return," I can’t do anything.
