Hello, I ordered on June 27, 2024 and I haven't been told / written to by email about my package.
I found out too late that it had arrived at the pickup point. And as a result, it had already been sent back!!
If I hadn't sent an email, I wouldn't have known anything about it!
So I paid and I don't have my package…
Is this normal?!

And waiting 2 weeks before worrying about whether your order has arrived is normal?

You could have (should have) checked the tracking on the carrier’s website, it was quicker and simpler than sending a message...

The parcel will be sent back to the seller, and without collecting it you’re no longer covered by eBay’s buyer protection: all that’s left is to contact the seller to pay for a new shipment (directly, no longer possible via the site) or get a refund for the item alone (without shipping).
