I ordered a product and nothing appears in "purchased items"
Hello,
I placed an order 12 days ago, I received the payment confirmation email from ebay, and also from Paypal. I recently wanted to check on my ebay account to see where my order was at, and in the "purchased items" section there is nothing at all.
How can I track my order?

OP2 years agoWell, I got the email from ebay that’s supposed to contain a tracking link for my order, but there isn’t any link...
Honestly, that doesn’t make me want to order from ebay...

Mentor2 years agoTake up the link I posted earlier: at the very bottom of the page you’ll find the option to have customer service call you back (until 6 p.m.).
