I haven't had an update from the seller mou2968, after paying for an iPhone 15 Pro Max NATURAL TITANIUM 512 GB – bought and paid 764.99 EUR  on September 16, 2025 and since then, no sign of him, nor a tracking number to know whether the phone was  sent or not, I sent him 4 messages which to date, have remained unanswered. Please help me
