So, I’m angry, I paid for a Kenwood *Stereo X-93 HX PRO Twin Cassette Tape Deck DPSS autoreverse on March 6 following a counteroffer, I contact the seller who is Italian and ask him to have it shipped to a pickup point because I’m not at home but receiving treatment for an illness during the day from Monday to Saturday inclusive. He cancels the order on March 9 without warning me, I contact him using a French-to-Italian translation so things are clear and ask him to refund me, I also contacted eBay and a representative sent him a message telling him to refund the money. In the meantime, the seller puts his item back up for sale, the one I bought. I contact him in Italian to tell him to proceed with the immediate refund, he tells me that he has to wait for eBay’s decision, which is false since he had received a message from a representative on Sunday March 9, 2025. Now tonight I receive an email telling me that the seller could not Your order could not be canceled because a problem occurred during the refund. If you do not receive it by the estimated delivery date, please report that it was not delivered. If you receive the order, you can create a return request.There has been no shipment and no tracking number either. I went to take a look at his page to see the reviews that buyers left on his account, and indeed he did the same thing to a buyer, he sold it, canceled the order, then put it right back up for sale. What should I do because he is trying to scam me and on top of that, what’s paradoxical is that items I had bought and had to cancel because of a mistaken order were refunded to my card without any problem.
This seller is very dishonest and, what’s more, seems to me to be a real ****. What should I do because he is putting me in a difficult situation since I bought this item as a replacement for mine, which has some working issues, and I was planning to use the refund to buy another one.

What delivery date were you given?
As eBay told you,You need to wait until the day after that date to report an item as not received.
