I have a problem with my account; I can’t transfer the money to my bank account.
Customer service informed me before the shipment of the goods that the ban would be lifted on 01/26/2025, but the problem persists.

If eBay has confirmed that your ban would be lifted on 26/01/2026, that is to say today... that does not necessarily mean that the money will be in your account today either...
Don’t forget that a funds transfer takes +/- 2/3 days to reach your bank account depending on your bank’s processing times and on the moment the order is given by the site to transfer the said funds ...
Keep an eye on your bank account and the value dates..
Be patient..
