I have a problem with the return of my order. I wanted to return my order so I bought a return label, I dropped it off at Mondial Relay and I realized my mistake the next day. I had forgotten to put the parcel number. So I'm asking for your help.

Go to your pickup point... they may be able to find your parcel's barcode using your ID...

but I can't guarantee that..

You'll have to trust your buyer to give you the tracking number to avoid complications on eBay.
