I had a problem with a buyer who filed a dispute against me over a difference of a few grams on an old 1900 cameo? In the meantime I was hospitalized for 3 weeks in intensive care and I wasn't able to respond in time 😂So eBay refunded the buyer and on top of that he kept it?I can't get it returned to me 😓 ?Help me please, this is purely abuse of weakness and a disgrace..
