I sold a Nintendo wiiU console which I tested as working fine before selling/sending. Firstly the seller gave me a P.O. Box to send to which I did, they then opened a case to say item not received, they were awarded a refund which when I provided proof of delivery was returned to me. The buyer then contacted me to say the item was faulty, didn’t work properly and wanted to return, I had no returns on the sale as default. I have received the item back and the screen is visibly damaged, compared to my photos, pre sale and all the stickers that cover the screw holes on the back of the console are missing, making me believe they took apart, maybe salvaged parts? Or just swapped with a damaged one? I can’t see anyway to report this to eBay, I’ve contacted the seller explaining that something isn’t right, he has had a refund and I’m left with a now faulty item? Any advice? -------------- J'ai vendu une console Nintendo wiiU dont j'ai testé le bon fonctionnement avant de la vendre/envoyer.Le vendeur m'a d'abord donné une boîte postale à laquelle envoyer l'article, ce que j'ai fait. Il a ensuite ouvert un dossier pour indiquer que l'article n'avait pas été reçu, et a obtenu un remboursement qui m'a été retourné après que j'ai fourni une preuve de livraison.L'acheteur m'a ensuite contacté pour me dire que l'article était défectueux, qu'il ne fonctionnait pas correctement et qu'il voulait le retourner.J'ai reçu l'article en retour et l'écran est visiblement endommagé, par rapport à mes photos, avant la vente et tous les autocollants qui couvrent les trous de vis à l'arrière de la console sont manquants, ce qui me fait penser qu'ils ont été démontés, peut-être des pièces récupérées ? Ou simplement échangée avec une console endommagée ?J'ai contacté le vendeur en lui expliquant que quelque chose n'allait pas, il a été remboursé et je me retrouve avec un objet défectueux ?Un conseil ?
