I sold an item, the transaction is OK but my listing hasn't been removed. How should I proceed?

Mentor11 months agoThere were 2 listings for the dollhouse: 1 was sold on 24/10 at 17:39, the other is still online (2 separate item numbers, the titles and prices are different, only the photos are identical).
"my listing hasn’t been removed" = if you posted a duplicate listing, it’s up to you to delete the extra listing:
