Hello, I bought rims from La chanti and these people redirected me to make a payment outside of eBay, so I am no longer protected by you and the rims are not as described, so I sent them back and they refuse to refund me! I really find it unpleasant that there are still people who sell a huge amount of stuff on your site without being bothered, even though they are big thieves and scammers!

If you're registered in Switzerland, you're subject to ebay.ch (not ebay.fr).

you're not addressing ebay at all... You're on a help forum.
Since the transaction was made off-site, ebay won't intervene.
Registered in Switzerland, you're not under either ebay.fr or its forum...
