jcex who got scammed??

hello everyone I am looking for people who bought on eBay and who supposedly received the package at the bottom of the door via the carrier jcex even though you received nothing, this just happened to me a package sent from China arrived in five days in France without going through customs and the package transported by jcex even though there is no jcex carrier in France

Hello yes I opened a dispute but customer service, seeing that the package is supposedly arrived, doesn't want to hear anything, even when I told them that jcex doesn't have transport in France they don't want to hear anything
