I’m requesting a cancellation because the seller isn’t sending the package
I bought an item 2 weeks ago but the person hasn’t sent it. I requested a cancellation and a refund but eBay refused because the seller isn’t responding and hasn’t accepted the cancellation.
What should I do ??

It will only be once the expected delivery deadline has passed that you can take action to request a refund if you haven't received anything...
