OP2 years agoin the email I entered at the time of purchase, and I'm trying to get hold of someone but it's mission impossible

It’d be good to say what the error is IN the email you sent... that would be the bare minimum to point you in the right direction...
at worst, see here (if you want to keep it discreet)...---> Get help if you bought an item without being registered | eBay
